Cahawba Christian Academy provides a Christ-centered environment through Christian teachers, and Christian curriculum. It is our desire to challenge and inspire each student to glorify God by responsible actions in our modern day society. We provide education from a distinctive Biblical foundation and perspective. The true reason for life, and the study of every subject as well as our extra curricular events are viewed in relation to God and His Holy Word.
When students start their first day school, they are immersed in biblical teaching in a large group and small group setting.
Every Wednesday, students gather in the gymnasium to worship and receive a message from a student focused minister who's emphesis is discipleship driven and salvation focused.
In-depth biblical Teaching
In the classrooms, educators take our students on a biblcial journey through the history of God's Word, New & Old Testament Survey, and life applications. This curriculum is modified by each educator to fit the age of each class for optimal learning.
Cahawba Christian Academy takes time to make sure our school is accredited so that each student has every opportunity to chase his or her’s dream.
The AISA proudly maintains an agency partnership with AdvancED/SACS and serves as the Lead Agency in this partnership. The AISA is focused on quality and continuous school improvement in the independent school environment. Quality is about the dynamic combination of inputs, processes, and results working in harmony to achieve the school’s vision for student learning. The AdvancED Standards for Quality Schools and AISA Assurances provide this comprehensive view of quality. Schools should use the standards and AISA Assurances to focus on the end goal of quality. The educational practices referenced in the AISA Accreditation Manual can be used to support both the AISA Assurances and the corresponding AdvancED Standards for Quality Schools when schools are looking for a guidepost. The practices highlighted in the manual are examples of benchmarks of good practice.
